To book your tour we have discussed, you need to deposit 50% of the total tour cost and the remaining balance should be paid on the day before the tour begins.


Payment Methods

There are several ways to pay, ranked from most to least preferred:

  • Wise-to-Wise Transfer: The best method is a free Wise-to-Wise transfer in your local currency. If you don't have a Wise account, you'll need to create one, complete a one-time verification, then load funds via a local bank transfer and finally make the payment, which is instant. .

  • Local Bank Transfer: Our second choice is a direct transfer to our local bank account from your country, which is managed by Wise. This option also has little to no fees for you and none for us. Please, do not opt for SWIFT transfers, as this incur a $15-$50 charge. Payments typically arrive within 1-3 business days. We can use the mid-market exchange rates from xe.com to convert your payment from USD to your local currency. Once you submit the booking form and select this option, we will provide our local bank details. 

  • Western Union: You can also use Western Union. The funds are transferred directly to our local bank account. It may take 1-5 business days, depending on the specific details and processing times of the banks involved. 

  • Credit/Debit Card (Payoneer): This is our least preferred option due to significant fees. Payoneer charges a 4% processing fee for Visa and MasterCard (and more for others), plus a 2% fee for us to withdraw the funds. You can pay up to $300 by card without us charging you the withdrawal fee. For any amount exceeding $300, you will be responsible for both the 4% processing fee and the 2% withdrawal fee we must pay. 

  • bKash: If you are already in Bangladesh, you can use bKash. You can go to any bKash agent center and directly pay to our bKash account. In this case, you need to add 2% transfer fee on top of the payment amount. Alternatively, you can deposit the payment to our bank account. No fee is required. However, for bank deposite, you need to show or submit the photocopy of your passport. 

No matter what payment method you choose, our account details will be shared with you during discussion. 


FAQ: 

How does the online payment with Momo Tour work?
If you choose a package tour, then you need to submit a booking form, where you have to mention your email address. If you choose a customized tour, then you just need to share your email address. You are also required to let me know the payment method you are going to use in advance. Then I will send you an invoice to your email.

Do you accept payment via PayPal?
No, I do not accept PayPal because it is not officially recognized in Bangladesh.

Do you accept wire transfer?
No, I do not accept wire transfer because this is an old method and a big hassle for me.

How do I make a payment with Payoneer?
You will receive an automatic email from Payoneer with a 'Pay Now' button. By clicking/tapping that button, you can see the invoice and then complete the payment. Please make sure you add the Payoneer charges on top of the tour cost as discussed above.

Which cards can I use?
Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted by Payoneer.

How to make a payment via Western Union?
You can make a payment easily using Western Union. After you book a tour, I will share my bank’s name, account number, and bank code that you need to make a payment. While making the payment, you must select the bank account option. If you send cash, that will be an extra hassle. After you make the payment, you are requested to share the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) to track the transfer status.

How can I be sure that my payment has been successful?
I send a receipt to the concerned email address acknowledging every successful payment. Moreover, your invoice will be marked as PAID. If you did not receive a receipt, then your payment was not successful.

How secure is my payment?
I use the most secure payment gateways. Moreover, to ensure maximum security of user-data, I use SSL encryption to exchange data between my website and users like you. Nonetheless, you don’t need to share any information related to your credit/debit cards or bank account at all.

I did not receive any email from you. What to do?
Please, check your Spam Folder. Sometimes, emails end up there.
