Itinerary: 

Day 1: Arrival and River Journey

  • Afternoon: Arrive at the designated meeting point in Dhaka.

  • Late Afternoon: Board a traditional "Rocket Steamer" for a memorable overnight journey towards the heart of the Sundarbans.

  • Evening: Settle into your cabin and enjoy the serene riverine landscapes as you travel.

  • Overnight: Onboard the Rocket Steamer.

Day 2: The Historic City of Bagerhat

  • Morning: Enjoy breakfast with a view of the river. Disembark the steamer and travel by road to the historic city of Bagerhat, a UNESCO-protected site.

  • Afternoon: Explore the magnificent 15th-century Muslim City of Khalifabad, visiting the famous Sixty Dome Mosque and other ancient shrines.

  • Late Afternoon: Drive to Khulna, a gateway city to the Sundarbans.

  • Overnight: In Khulna.

Day 3: Deep into the Forest

  • Morning: Early departure from Khulna. Board a boat and begin your journey into the Sundarbans.

  • Late Morning: Arrive at Karamjol, a popular spot to walk through the jungle on a boardwalk and see wildlife.

  • Afternoon: Continue to Harbaria, where you will stay overnight on the boat.

  • Overnight: On the boat in the Sundarbans.

Day 4: Jungle Safari and Coastal Exploration

  • Morning: Explore the Kotka area, a prime location for spotting wildlife, including monkeys and various birds.

  • Late Morning: Take a walk to Jamtala Sea Beach for a leisurely stroll and a chance to enjoy the serene coastal environment.

Day 5: Return to Khulna

  • Overnight: In Khulna.

Day 6: Departure

  • Morning: After breakfast, you will be transferred to Jessore Airport for your flight back to Dhaka.
